SHIPPING POLICY

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible to get your products to you.

PROCESSING TIME:
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES:

International Shipping:
- Standard International: 7-21 business days after processing (depending on destination)
- Delivery times may vary based on customs clearance and local postal services

SHIPPING COSTS:
Shipping charges and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

TRACKING:
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

DELAYS & CUSTOMS:
International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.
