Shipping & Delivery

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment on our shipping carrier's website. You can also check your order status by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

How long does shipping take?
International shipping typically takes 7-21 business days depending on your location and customs processing.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! 

What if my tracking shows no movement?
Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after your order ships. If your tracking hasn't updated after 3 business days, please contact our support team at admin@luminasmartliving.com or message us on Facebook @luminasmartliving.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

How do I return an item?
To return an item:
1. Contact us at admin@luminasmartliving.com (or Facebook @luminasmartliving for faster response) within 14 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number, photos of the item, and reason for return
3. Our team will review your request and provide return authorization within 2 business days
4. Once approved, we'll provide you with the return address and shipping instructions
5. Pack the item securely and ship to the provided address

IMPORTANT: Do not ship returns without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Who pays for return shipping?
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we provide a prepaid return shipping label. For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

What items cannot be returned?
Personalized items, customized products, sale items, gift cards, and items unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons cannot be returned.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

What if I need to return an item after 14 days?
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we may not be able to accept the return. Please contact our support team at admin@luminasmartliving.com if you have special circumstances.
